They will all have the same color and basic style, with a different top.
Another option is taking the bridesmaids to the store or website and the color the dress has to be, and then they can pick out their dress and all have a different dress, but in the exact same color. A different dress for each bridesmaid is a neat way to let each girl still be individual but still match or coordinate in the wedding.
